I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were awesome, well-appointed, and in tune with the times, but the confusing elevator system and not being able to bring superbikes to the main area were a bit of a hassle. The service was exceptional, with staff enjoying their work and always wearing a smile. The location was fantastic, offering direct exposure to sunrays and amazing offerings. The dining experience was extensive and enjoyable in a pleasant, quiet environment. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay very comfortable.
The hotel offers spacious and nicely clean rooms. Despite a mix-up about smoking policies, the rooms are soundproof, which is a rare find in Indian hotels. The manager's approach towards guests could be friendlier. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Koregaon Park, offering convenience and proximity to various attractions. The dining experience is described as amazing and delicious, with a variety of Indian and continental choices. Lavkesh, the staff member, provides courteous and super caring service.
The room was incredibly spacious with all necessary amenities, beautifully decorated, and the staff, especially Arna, made my stay even more delightful. However, the lack of extra complimentary services for a high-value room made me question its worth.
My 8th stay at Conrad Hotel was a delightful experience overall. The hi-tech features in the room being reserved for smoking room only were interesting. Access to the executive lounge on the 13th floor was a nice touch, but the delayed restaurant menu card was a minor inconvenience.

I was on the 14th floor with a beautiful view of Koregaon Park. The rooms were clean and tidy, and Rajnish, my room attendant, was super attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. The hotel's full-day facility with refreshments and 2 hours of drinks and snacks was a nice touch. The service was very welcoming and accommodating, and the staff were courteous and generous; they really bowled us over with their super hospitality. The location was brilliant, away from city chaos and traffic, with the lunch buffet at Coriander Kitchen being a standout. The hotel is excellent and definitely one of the best in Pune.
